How Do I Know That You've Have Received My order?

Once you've placed your order, after making the payment through our secure payment gateway or PayPal, you'll be redirected back to our website to the order confirmation page where you'll be provided with your reference number (i.e.  100001777). Please use this reference number for all your future enquiries. The order confirmation will also be emailed to you for your reference. Normally, the confirmation emails arrive instantly, but it might take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

Attention AOL, Hotmail and Yahoo Account Holders! Due to Hotmail’s filter settings you might not receive our email. In this case please follow these steps:

1. Check your spam folder;

2. Check your inbox filter and sort settings;

3. Add all our sale confirmation emails (sales@fashioncherries.com & sales@fashioncherries.co.uk) to your "Safe Senders Lists";

When My Order Will Be Processed?

Orders placed before the cut off time 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed between 3pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday will be processed and dispatched on Saturday at 11am. Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

What Company Name Will Appear On My Credit Card?

The transaction will appear on your credit/debit card or PayPal statement statement as “Last Minute Deals ltd.”

Are My Details Secure?

Yes, your details are encrypted with the state of the art 1024 bit secure encryption. We don’t retain your card details and your payment is processed directly by our bank, so we don’t have to retain your credit card details. Even our staff won’t have access to your credit card details!!!

Can I Pay With a Cheque Or Postal Order?

Yes, you can pay either by a private check or by postal order. We normally dispatch products after 5-7 working days when a check is cleared. This measure is taken to avoid bounced cheques.

How Long Will My Order Take To arrive?

If your order is placed during business hours Monday-Friday 9 am - 3 pm, your order will ship out on the same day at 5pm and you can expect to receive it in 3-5 businesses days, unless you choose a different shipping option for quicker delivery. Please visit our Delivery Information page for further information.

Please note: Royal Mail Standard UK delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, please allow at least 15 days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.

What Happens If Items Are Out Of Stock?

If the item is out of stock, then our website won’t allow you to order this product. If there is something that you would like to purchase please feel free to add this item to your wish list and will advise you on the waiting time.

If I Order The Wrong Product What Do I Need To Do?

If you have ordered the wrong product, or received an incorrect or defective item, you need to contact us as soon as possible through email and let us know what was wrong with your order. Please leave all labels on items if they need to be returned. We will not accept returns or give refunds if the original package or label is damaged. For further information please click here ›

Can I Return Or Exchange The Item?

You can return products within 30 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange for something that is just right for you. Please note that all items returned must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

2. Download our Returns Advice Slip and follow the instructions;

3. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep the certificate of postage as your proof of return.
